Can we set up our own paper types, machines and staff names?
Yes. Master lists such as customers, job types, paper types and sizes, ink colours, machines, designers, binders and vendors are set up once and then picked from dropdowns.
Can we track delivery and billing?
Yes. Each job shows its job status, whether it has been delivered in full or in part, and whether it has been billed, with the bill amount and GST details.
Does it show reports?
Yes. The dashboard and reports show jobs and revenue by status, by print module and by top customers for any date range, with CSV export.
