Return and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Re-Infotech, including website design and development, social media marketing, SEO, AEO and GEO, software and mobile app development, and IT infrastructure services.

Your written quote or agreement comes first

Every project is confirmed with a written quote, proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price, milestones and payment terms. Where that document includes specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms apply and take priority over this general policy.

Custom and digital services

Because our services are custom work carried out for your business, work that has already been completed, delivered or approved, and time already spent on your project, is not refundable. Payments made for completed milestones are not refundable once that milestone has been delivered.

Cancelling a project

You may cancel a project by informing us in writing. We will stop work and calculate the value of work completed up to the date of cancellation. If you have paid more than the value of the work completed, we will refund the difference; if the work completed exceeds the amount paid, the balance becomes payable.

Monthly services

Monthly services such as social media management, SEO, AEO and GEO, maintenance and support can be cancelled with written notice as set out in your agreement. Fees for months already started or completed are not refundable.

Third-party costs

Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf, such as domain names, hosting, software licences, plugins, app store fees and advertising spend on Meta or Google, are subject to those providers’ own refund policies and are generally not refundable by us.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within a reasonable time after the refund is confirmed in writing.
