The scope, price, timeline and deliverables for each project are set out in a written quote, proposal or agreement, which forms part of these terms.
Quotes and payments
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Payment terms, including any advance and milestone payments, are set out in your quote or agreement. Applicable taxes are charged as required by law. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content and timely approvals, and confirm that you have the right to use any material you provide to us, such as text, images and logos. Delays in content or approvals may affect timelines.
Intellectual property
Ownership of the work we create for you, including source code and design files, is set out in your agreement and transfers once the related payments are made in full. Third-party software, themes, plugins and stock assets remain subject to their own licences. Content on this website belongs to Re-Infotech unless stated otherwise.
Results
We work to improve your visibility and enquiries, but search engines, AI tools and social platforms control their own results and algorithms. We therefore cannot guarantee specific rankings, AI mentions, traffic or sales.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Re-Infotech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
